I found these Brownies on pinterest which was linked to this  website  Sisters Stuff  They looked soo good I just had to try them out myself!

My family ate these right up! And some of the neighbors got to sample some too!

Perfect for St. Patty's with their cool minty taste everyone will want more!
Ingredients
  • MINT BROWNIES
  • 2 c. butter – melted
  • ¾ c. cocoa
  • 2¼ c. sugar
  • 6 eggs – beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. powdered sugar
  • ½ c. butter – melted
  • 5 Tbsp. milk
  • 6 drops food coloring
  • 2 tsp. mint or peppermint extract
Instructions
  1. MINT BROWNIES
  2. c. butter – melted
  3. /4 c. cocoa
  4. /4 c. sugar
  5. eggs – beaten
  6. Combine above ingredients and mix well. Add the following to the mixture:
  7. c. flour
  8. /8 tsp. salt
  9. tsp. vanilla
  10. Bake this brownie layer in a Texas sheet cake pan or two 9″ x 13″ pans for this amount. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes (add 8-10 minutes if you use two 9″ x 13″ pans. Cool completely.
  11. Mint frosting
  12. c. powdered sugar
  13. /2 c. butter – melted
  14. Tbsp. milk
  15. drops food coloring
  16. tsp. mint or peppermint extract
  17. Spread frosting on chilled cake and then chill again. Melt a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips and spread for top layer. Chill.
