Quick freezer jam
  • 4 pounds fresh fruit
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 1 freezer jam pectin pouch
  1. Wash and mash 4 pounds of fruit. Add 1½ cups of sugar and the pectin pouched Stir until it all ingredients become incorporated and the sugar and pectin are dissolved. About 3 minutes. Pour into 8 ounce freezer safe containers.
