Cost friendly 4th of July wreaths

You can make these 4th of July wreaths very cheaply, if you are willing to look for deals. Creating cost effective crafts is something Krystal and I love to do! 4th of July isn’t the only holiday we celebrate in Utah, as we also celebrate a state holiday which is the 24th of July. So, when we decorate for both holidays the patriotic décor stays up the entire month!
