Air Fryer Raspberry Cream Cheese filled Pastries

The Air fryer came with some extra accessories including tongs, cooling pad, skewers, metal wrack and a small flat pan

To make the Raspberry Cream Cheese filled pastries you will need the following:
1 -box Filo dough
1 -package of cream cheese
3 tbsp. of sugar
pat of melted butter to brush the edges of the dough with
Air Fryer
whipped topping
A can of Raspberry pie filling (you could also use apple, blueberry, strawberry etc.)

To make the pastries you will first take approx. 10 sheets of stacked Filo dough and cut them into 4 rectangular strips.
Mix together 1 cube of cream cheese with 3 tbsp. of cream cheese with a mixer. Once smooth add a tablespoon of mixture to the top half of each rectangle of filo dough.

Next add a dollop of pie filling on top, then fold Filo rectangle in half. Squeeze down the edges as shown in the photo below and lightly brush edges with melted butter.

Add 3 of the pastries into the basket of the Air Fryer and close tightly. Turn the knob to 350 degrees and cook for only 5 minutes! Remove from fryer and add another dollop of the Cream cheese mixture and Raspberry pie filling.

These are best eaten while warm! The center of the pastry melts right into your mouth! My family and friends had these eaten up FAST!
