Finally the dollar store has these chargers! Walmart also carries them now too!

Drilled 2″ holes with the drill press along the edges of the plate, strung ribbon through the holes, cut out a fun Christmas subway art in the shape of a tree in cream colored vinyl and put it in the center of the charger.

These make great neighbor gifts!
