It’s a Crayola Christmas Crafts + Giveaway

Celebrate Christmas with Crayola
Many of Christmas’s growing up were often filled with Crayola crayons, Coloring books and Markers. They Crayola family has been celebrating Christmas with Families since the early 1900’s. Bringing smiles to Children all over the world and bringing forth their creativity on Christmas morning. Not only is Crayola in the hands of many Children on Christmas morning but also in the weeks building up to the day Santa makes his arrival!
This year I have two projects I am going to share with you that Children can let their creativity shine through by using Crayola. First off is this beautiful handmade ornament made by my good friend’s 3 year old daughter. Crayola Clay was brought out and the children in her preschool group quickly set off to make Ornaments to adorn their Christmas tree’s with.

Crayola molding clay ornament

Crayola Molding Clay was used. First trace the child’s hand onto a piece of paper using Crayola’s Colored pencils. Then cut the hand out and place it on top of the flattened clay (flatten with a rolling pin) then cut along the clay using a knife. Once done you can use a small cookie cutter to punch out the center heart. Or if you are handy you can free hand it! This clay is amazing because unlike other Clay Crayola’s doesn’t dry out and crack but it stays soft and flexible but still keeps the shape of your project. Isn’t this ornament darling?? You could do snowmen, Christmas trees, Candy Cane’s! All with this Clay!
