Owl floor mat

Check out these floor mats my girlfriend bought at the dollar store (not our style and not real cute)

So, we applied a  couple of coats of fun, funky bright lime green paint! (wall semi-gloss paint) once the paint was dry we found some owl templates online and cut them out on the Cricut using contact paper

We stuck the contact paper owl templates onto the dried mats and chose 4 different colors to paint the cute owls

we did a few coats of paint on the owls too (just used normal toll paints) once they were dry we removed the stencil, sprayed a clear sealer over the top and this is how they turned out! Pretty cute for September before all the Halloween décor takes over!
