Easy Valentines Cupid Candy Co. Sign

Sometimes my favorite crafts to make are ones that are simple and come together in a matter of minutes.  This Easy Valentines Cupid Candy Co. sign is one of those kinds of craft projects.  If you don’t have a lot of time on your hands but, want to create a cute simple sign then this project is for you.

To create your own Easy Valentines Cupid Candy Co. Sign you will need:

Smooth thin wood board cut at 12″ by 12″ (MDF works great as does pine)

Gray paint (or desired color)

White vinyl (or desired color)

Personal cutting machine

Fine glitter glue

Start the project by first cutting out your wood to a 12″ x 12″ square.  Sand any edges that are not smooth and wipe the board down to free it from sawdust. First paint your 12″ by 12″ board

While the paint your board is drying create a template on your personal cutting machine. Use the font of your choosing and type in the words “Cupid candy Co.”. Cut the saying out of white vinyl using your personal cutting machine. Weed out the vinyl and apply the saying centered on your board.  After you have applied the vinyl to the board you will spread a thin layer of glitter glue over the entire sign with a paint brush.

This project can be completed from start to finish in approximately 30 minutes.  A quick tip is to get paint to dry quickly use a craft heat gun or blow dryer.  I am excited to add this fun Easy Valentines Cupid Candy Co. Sign to my Valentine’s home décor.  It could be paired next to a candy dish or jar. I love the subtle color of the sign and I love that I can put it up next to a pop of color.
