I came home and searched the web to find ideas for family game night ideas. I came across thediymommy.com and her game night in a tin idea. I loved her printables and the concept of her idea. I wanted to keep costs down for my game night gift packs. I decided not to purchase tins to put the game night items in, instead I used the cardboard bases that canned goods are stacked inside at the store. I like that you can take this idea and make it to fit your own budget and also personalize it for the family that will be receiving it.

2 liter soda (or desired drink)

Bagged or boxed Candy

Microwave popcorn

Box or tin to place items in

Clear cellophane

Ribbon

Begin by wrapping the box in wrapping paper. After the outside of the box is wrapped fill the center of the box with tissue paper.

Fill the box with board game, soda, candy, and popcorn.

Measure and cut a large piece of cellophane to fit around your game night box. Wrap cellophane around your Family game night gift and tie the top with ribbons.
