Halloween Pedestal Skull

Halloween Pedestal Skull

I’m really liking skulls this year for Halloween. This was a CHEAP craft that came together in less than an hour! I found some lovely candlesticks at a garage sale for .50 cents each my awesome friend Krystal spray painted those mauve candlesticks black. We then found some skull heads at the dollar store for $1.00 a piece and decided they needed some glamming up!

Please note every single ribbon, paper, spider etc. came from garage sales nothing was full price.

A little junk bow can add a lot of fun to a candle stick don’t you think?

All put together with a little hot glue! Layering the ribbon added a lot of depth to this guy!  A little side profile shows how much fun his side bow is! the small pendant was layers of buttons (3 to be exact) to get that cute glammed up look!   7 types of ribbon were used on the candlestick!

Every skull head needs a party hat right? The party hat is made from a 12×12 scrapbook paper cut to fit his perfect head!  Every skelteon head needs glitter right? The plastic spider gave this guy a finishing touch!
