Halloween pennant banner pillow

This was a quick little pillow I threw together for a prize at our Halloween party.  I love to try and use things I already have on hand.  I had a small section of the darling black and white honey comb fabric,  I thought this fabric would make a great Halloween pillow.  I sewed the fabric into a long skinny pillow form and stuffed it.  Next I had some pre-cut felt pennant pieces.  I painted them black and orange and put glitter on them while the paint was still wet.   After they were dry I hot glued them onto the pillow and then glued some fun Halloween ribbon at the top, as if they were connected as a pennant banner.   This was such a fun simple quick project.  Take a look around your own home and see what leftovers you have that could make a great project!
