Handmade Holiday Card Series “Day 1”

I love making Handmade cards. Every year I make a few sets of Holiday cards to send out. I love being able to personalize the cards to each person or family. Each day this week we will feature a handmade holiday card idea. There is still plenty of time to make your own handmade cards, for those special loved ones this holiday season.

To make the Holly Jolly card. I cut cream cardstock at 4 1/4in by 5 1/2in and folded the cardstock in half.  Next I printed the chalkboard printable from here, I glittered the edge of the chalkboard print in a white glitter, attached paper and ribbon on the bottom of the card. Then placed the chalkboard over top, using pop up dots. Last I embellished with some holly berries and leaves.
