Handmade Wood Porch Swing

Well let’s just say my husband is at it again! I find it – he builds it! I found this wood swing tutorial on Anna White’s website. (and let me tell you there are a TON of cute projects on there) I am trying really really hard to get my husband to build me an entertainment center. If he asks what I want for Christmas (which I’m hoping he does) I will tell him I want an entertainment center! Ok enough of that. On to my YARD LOVE. Here are photos of my Outdoor Handmade Wood Porch Swing we whipped up!

I love to entertain and am always looking for more seating room. Not only that but I love to sit and swing with my hubby. Sometimes in the evenings we will go and sit and swing for hours just talking and enjoying our yard. I wanted the swing to be under our deck in our courtyard and I wanted it to match my patio set. So RED is the color we painted it. (or should I say HE painted it)

It fits in perfectly and I can’t wait to use it ALL NEXT SUMMER! I am just grateful he got it done this year. Once again I didn’t do a tutorial on this project as my husband is the one who created it but didn’t it turn out amazing??
