Homemade Chicken noodle soup.
Nothing tastes better than a hot bowl of chicken noodle soup. Here is my own version. But of course you can always add or take out whatever you like! that is what is fun about this recipe.

Nothing is better than coming home to a hot bowl of home made chicken noodle soup
Ingredients
- For noodles:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 - cooked & diced chicken breasts
- 3-4 diced carrots
- 1 c yellow onion diced
- 1 c green onion diced
- 2 large cans of Chicken broth
- Chicken bullion
- 1 c. diced celery
Instructions
- First step for the noodles:
- Mix together the Flour, egg & salt. Roll thin with flour, then roll like a jelly roll. Cut into ½ inch strips. Most people like to let their strips dry but I am too impatient and put them in the hot chicken broth as soon as they are cut.
- While preparing noodles add all your other ingredients into a stock pot and let them simmer.
- Drop the noodles into the hot chicken broth mixture. Boil for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy your soup! I always double this recipe to get more for leftovers!
