How to dress up your front porch for spring

Sometimes it’s just too hard to contain my craftiness inside of my home therefore it spills out my front door.. onto my door and of course onto the cement SO, it ends up looking like this!

I had the bunny made for me by an excellent crafter Wendy at Make & Take isn’t it the cutest bunny ever??? She does craft classes twice a month at her home! The carrot on my front door I made myself out of beadboard, a little paint, glitter & ribbon for a bright carrot!  If you remember from last year I made the garland above my front door you can see it here .  The cute pink pillow covers I got from GiGi’s deal of the day about a month or so ago.

I found some cute carrots at Tai Pan trading on clearance from last year.. Oh how I wanted all of the same one’s but that didn’t end up happening so I improvised! I took three carrots and hung them from my awning over my front porch my husband put permanent hooks up there last Christmas so I could hang some large bells.  Now it is so much fun figuring out what I can hang from those hooks! Maybe some stars for the 4th of July??

 I want my porch to be welcoming and inviting to all who come to my home. It may be a little overboard but I love it!!
