I {Heart} Nurse's Gift board -

As many of you know, my son gets weekly shots at our local hospital. He has 2 fantastic nurses who have taken him under there wings. They are amazing and make him want to come see them every week, they even call him the office boyfriend. Every year we put together a package during nurses week, to thank them for all the amazing care they have provided for my child. This year I put together a few little gifts. Made them these wooden boards with a heart that has all different kinds of items related to nurses.

To create the boards first I cut some scrape would to 5 1/2 inches by 8 inches. Then I painted the boards white.

While the boards were drying I cut the heart design using my personal cutting machine on to red and teal vinyl. I applied the heart design in the center bottom of the board. I left room at the top to add a little ribbon.
