Well it has been an eventful 4 months! Included in this post is our before & after pictures, Our before and after measurements and our final video blog.

He wanted me to measure his arms… because they have gotten bigger due to more muscle 😉 so here are his arm measurements:
Before: 14″
After:15″ (and yes they are more muscular)

My mother made the comment that he looked slimmer! Even though he hasn’t lost weight he looks like he has due to building that muscle!
