Large glitter Skeleton’s door hanger upcycle

Do you ever see items at the store that are marked down crazy low? But, you are torn because your not in love with the item? For me these skeleton’s were that item, they were marked 90 off but I wasn’t in love with how they were painted. In the end they were too good of a deal to pass up. I grabbed them and knew I could figure something out.

To upcycle these large skeleton’s I gave them a new coat of paint. One of them white and the other black.

While the paint was still wet I decided to glitter them. I generously sprinkled black and white glitter all over them. I allowed the paint to dry and then shook the excess glitter off of the skeletons.

Really it was that simple to create a whole new look for them. I love how simple they are now.
