Love note pillow

I had some tan fabric that I got at a garage sale a few years ago. It was just waiting for me to turn it into something fun! While listening to an online lecture the other day I decided to use my hands while listening to the lecture. I took a permanent black marker and started writing lyrics to love songs that I knew. The pillow has about 10 different song lyrics on it. When I couldn’t remember any more words I would go to the next song that I could think of and mostly came up with the chorus of each song I just wrote them down as I thought of them. I didn’t measure, I didn’t plan it all out I just wrote.

I then found a heart or two around the house and traced them onto burlap and felt. I did the large heart in burlap and the smaller heart in velvet I sewed around each heart to make sure they didn’t move!

I stuffed the pillow using the stuffing from an old pillow I had. I added a flower with glittered edges of course! Can’t leave out the glitter!~
