Love Potion #9 Charger

Remember this cute snowflake charger I made to match my January décor?  I have been  at it again!  I found several chargers at 90 percent off during the after holiday sales.  I was able to buy them for .19 each!  I love using chargers to decorate, they are easy to add vinyl or embellishments to.  I found this love potion design and cut it using my personal cutting machine on a deep red vinyl.  Next I applied it in the center of a gold charger.  As simple as that, Now  I have a great statement piece to add to my Valentines décor.  By purchasing the Chargers at such a discount, I will be able to make and give away some as these as gifts.
