Pedestal Witches Hat

Wow! I actually had a lot of fun creating this little witches hat. This was a FAST and CHEAP project! Krystal had picked up some ugly cream and brown candle sticks at a garage sale. She spray painted them black. I then used crafters glue and filled in the design on the candle stick with glue and sprinkled ontop with glitter.

The Witch hat is from the dollar store.. Yep you heard that the dollar store! It is stuffed to keep it standing up. The opening of the bottom of the hat is covered with black felt. The black felt keeps the stuffing inside of the hat and works as a base to glue onto the candle stick.

Then I took whatever scrap ribbons & material that were laying around Krystals craft room and decorated the brim of the hat. A little Tulle, Ribbon & fabric gave this just the touch it needed! Super cute don’t you think?
