Enjoy this chocolate minty delight!
Ingredients
- Crushed Candy Canes (yield 1 cup)
- 2 lbs of white chocolate or white almond bark
- Peppermint flavoring.
Instructions
- Place candy canes in a food processor and chop them up. (if you don't have a food processor you can place them in a plastic bag and hammer them into chunks) I like mine fine but you can do bigger chunks if you prefer.
- Melt chocolate (I use the microwave but you can use a double boiler or a pan on the stove) Combine candy cane chunks with melted chocolate and also add peppermint flavoring at this point. Stir and pour mixture onto a cookie sheet either sprayed with pam or layered with waxed paper. Place it in the refridgerator for 45 minutes or until firm. Break into pieces (Like Peanut brittle)
