Have a Poppin’ Valentines – popcorn valentine
Have a Poppin’ Valentines!
Here is what I did for these cute little valentines. I gathered my supplies – I had some Polk-a-dot paper bags and Baker’s twine that Pick your plum supplied me with. I bought some heart cellophane bags at the dollar store and printed out this cute Popcorn printable from Cleansentsible
I traced a heart on the front of each paper bag then cut the heart out. I inserted the cellophane heart bag into the inside and filled it with some cherry popcorn. I folded over the top of the cellophane bag then folded the paper bag closed. I added washi tape to the top to seal the paper bags shut.
I then punched a hole through both layers of the bag, through the printable tag then strung some bakers twine through and tied the tag on!
I think I’m having as much fun with valentines this year as I did with Christmas!

This is such a good idea, thanks for sharing! I love the heart bags. Never seen cherry popcorn before! Just salty, sweet or toffee here.

This type of gift, one that is made and given from the heart, is what Valentines Day is all about. It’s not about seeing who can spend the most and it’s not supposed to be a big commercial business.Thank you, it’s perfect 🙂
