Quick Halloween Gift

Okay, Super easy gift idea – Take a #10 tin can (can be a used coffee can, potato flake can) and clean it out really good! Next, spray paint it orange, after it has dried you can either free hand a pumpkin face onto it or you can use a template (which we did) to create a jack-o-lantern face. Spray paint the black and let it dry.

Once the can is dried punch two holes through the tin (opposite sides of the can and opposite sides of the face on the can) and string wire through the holes to make a handle for the can. Add ribbon along the wire to embellish it and you have a cute decorative can to fill with whatever treat or goodie that you would like! I filled mine with apples, sticks and caramel for dipping! I included a hand made card and took these to my visiting teaching ladies this year. Last year my girlfriend and I filled these with a white chocolate Halloween popcorn mix that was delish!
