Cedar and Pine Rustic Wooden Arrows
Our garage is always full of scrap pieces of wood. Some of this wood is left over from a project and some wood is still new, never been cut for a project. Some wood is pine, while other is cedar but overall you will always find some sort of wood to use for a craft. This Rustic Wooden Arrows project was on a whim and from start to finish the 4 arrows I made maybe took 30 minutes.
The larger of the two arrows is from left over pine wood – That I painted an off white and sanded the edges. While the smaller arrow of the two is out of left over cedar. The cedar was beautiful without being painted so I opted to leave it as is. I traced my own Arrows onto the scraps of pine and cedar I had them had hubby cut them on the saw. I normally am okay to cut out my own wood but he is just so much faster and can usually have something like this whipped up while I am cooking dinner.
The larger and more narrow of the arrows measures: 32″ in length and 7 1/2″ in Width
The Shorter and wider arrow measures: 30″ in length and 10″ wide
I think they turned out rather cute!
