Spider Door Mat

This doormat was another fast and easy project. The mat itself can be bought at any Lowe’s or Home Depot. They come in rolls and you have to cut it to the size you want. This Mat is also lined with a thin rubber on the back and outdoor grade. First we took chalk and just freehanded a spider web out of the chalk on the mat.

Once that was done we went over the chalk lines with a thin brush and white paint. (we used just normal toll paint)

Then we cut out the silhouette of a spider out of contact paper and pressed it onto the mat. We used green paint and sponged green paint into the outline of the spider.

Once that was dry we glued on some big Google eyes and little pieces of sequence to give it a little bling! This mat turned out so cute!
