Spring Ribbon Wreath
Spring Ribbon Wreath
Crafts seem to go together faster when you have someone along side of you to work! Well, I take that back – It all depends on what the craft is! This beautiful ribbon wreath was fun only because I had two awesome friends that I got together with and made these beauties.. although I must say they took FOREVER to make.
Maybe because we were all so tired or maybe because it took a while to hot glue each individual ribbon into place!
First we took a pool noodle (purchased at the dollar store for $1.00) and cut them in half. Then taped the ends together with duct tape to form a circle (cheaper than buying a wreath)
Next open a can of Pepsi.. Oh wait that is my go to when I know it’s going to be a long project. Actually start cutting a variety of ribbons about 2″ long each. (we cut and cut and cut) a huge assortment of cute ribbons. We heated up our hot glue guns, folded the ribbons each in half and glued away. (FOR 3 HOURS!!)
We glued until the wreaths were full enough to not see any of the pool noodle. We also added a glittered card board bunny (that is removable so you can keep the wreath up all spring!)
Here is a little close up of my cute wreath!
