Strawberry Chocolate chip bunt cake
Strawberry Chocolate chip bunt cake
I love a moist dense cake or cupcake!!! I know some people like them nice and light and fluffy, not me! A few years ago a friend served a lemon Bundt cake at a party. It was to DIE for!!! I asked for the recipe, she was so kind to give it out. When I saw how simple it was to make, I couldn’t believe it. Since then I have made the lemon Bundt and also played around with different flavor varieties. I also slightly adapted the recipe. I think no matter what cake mix and pudding your throw into this recipe, It will turn out amazing every time!
First I rounded up all my ingredients. Then I sprayed and my Bundt pan and turned on the oven. This recipe is so simple. I dumped all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips into my bowl. Give it a good mix with a hand mixer, until everything is incorporated. Now add the chocolate chips and stir them in with a spoon. Last spoon the batter into your Bundt pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. To top off my Bundt cake, I simply melted some milk chocolate frosting and poured over top. I served the cake with sliced fresh strawberries on top!
