Summer Lovin’ watermelon sign
Always having a piece of wood painted comes in handy. Especially when making this Summer Lovin’ watermelon sign. My first piece of advice when crafting is always to have square wood pieces cut, painted and ready to go. This piece is an easy make when you already have pre-painted wood blocks or boards. There are a lot of free SVG’s you can find online. I look on Pinterest and google. Find an SVG of a Watermelon, which font you want to use and watch a cute sign come together.

Bathroom Floating shelves
We have several Floating Shelves in our home and these were made by my husband in February of 2021. During the winter my husband goes a little stir crazy as he loves being outdoors so during the winter months I try to give him projects to work on. Here is one of the projects! I love Shanty 2 Chic and all their creative wood projects. The plans are easy to follow by using this tutorial on making floating shelves. Although, changing the dimensions on our shelves. We also did not use our Kreg Jig. We felt that there was no need to as all the nails and holes were inside…

DIY Fall Pumpkin Harvest and polka dot painted birch logs
This has to be one of my all time favorite crafts that I have made to date. It is a classy statement piece. Pair the large pumpkin with a smaller birch log pumpkin and these Harvest pumpkins can be displayed from September through November. Perfect for Halloween, Fall and Thanksgiving. First gather your round birch bases – Luckily we scored these from an awesome neighbor who had a lot sitting by the side of her house. She was kind enough to part with them! Each log is cut into a 4″ thick slab. The dimensions around the flat surface of the log are approx. 12″ to 14″. So you can…

DIY – College Bathroom Counter Wood Caddy Box
This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and LISTERINE. All opinions are mine alone. #BackToBold #CollectiveBias My oldest child went off to college and wow not only was it hard to let him go but it was also eye opening how many things he kept telling me he needed for school! He left with the basics of course but came home one weekend telling me that he needed something to hold all his personal grooming supplies in. I came up with this Wooden Caddy box with handles that he can set up on his counter. While assembling the wooden Caddy for him we got talking about his morning routine and…
