Tulle wreaths for any chair
Tulle wreaths for dining room chairs
Just picture it.. 2 girls digging through garbage to find trash or perhaps treasure? My girlfriend has been in the process of finishing her basement and her husband had some plastic rings leftover from their recessed lighting. Of course like a typical man those rings just about made their way into the garbage. Well that is until they got eyeballed by the craftaholic (aka my friend) Just days after she saved these rings from the garbage I just happened to show this girlfriend a large tulle wreath on pinterest. Ah yes, the P word (gasp)
Instead of making large tulle wreaths I ended up making 8 small wreaths to adorn my dining room table chairs with. Those plastic rings sure came in handy!
Add a little tulle, some ribbon and a snowflake or two –
I decided to do red and white wreaths just to break it up a little, I also found as I went along that the wreaths look fuller if you cut the tulle strands a little longer.
These are very simple & a beginner crafter could whip these up in no time. If you don’t want to do small wreaths like I did you can always do larger ones. I bought my tulle in the roll at Hobby Lobby (on sale) then the snowflakes for the centers – I have had them since last year as they came in a kit from the dollar store. I have also seen the same snowflakes at Walmart.
I think they added a little holiday cheer to my dining area don’t you?
