“Wheely Sweet Friend” Handmade card

Wheely Sweet Friend Handmade Card

I cut pink card stock in these measurements: 4 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ (when folded in half) so the full size would have been 9″ x 10″ then folded in half (length wise) I then took aqua card stock and cut the top layer 4″x5″ and ran it through my embossing cuttle bug.  I cut out the frame around the scooter on my cricut then stamped the center with a stampin’ up scooter stamp.  I picked out a cute yellow polka dot paper and cut it into a pennant look. Then printed out the “Wheely sweet friend” on the computer in a pink color. I also picked a fun font to go along with it. Glue it all together and embellish with some small rhinestone embellishments and some small twine.  I have seen various versions of handmade cards using this same phrase all over Pinterest.  Most makers of this card have used a bicycle stamp so I thought the scooter was a fun little twist.  Plus this is a fun summer card to give!
