Witch Charger plate decoration and giveaway.

My friend Krystal and I picked up a stack of  8 charger plates at a garage sale for $2.00 She took 4 and I took 4.   I went home and drilled holes with my drill press  evenly spaced around the edge of the plate.  Then I pulled 2 colors of ribbon through the holes.   Cut out a witch out of vinyl on my cricut and Whaa laaa.. You have a cute decoration and what is even better is knowing how much these go for at a boutique!

 

This would even be cute to wrap up in cellophane and give as a gift.
