Wooden Blocks with Sayings for any occasion

I made up a bunch of wood blocks for my mom’s Quilt guilt summer social. These can be made for any occasion in any size and you can use any lettering!

My mom picked out 3 colors that would coordinate with her table decorations and I painted them the colors she chose. We used a 2×4 cut into different lengths. I believe our lengths were 6″, 5″ and 4″ So the blocks can stack ontop of one another.
Paint them, sand the edges, antique them with light brown stain and add whatever sayings you want to. For these blocks since they were for her Quilt Guilt we used the words, Friends, Flowers and Fabric. They were gathering with their friends in one of the ladies flower gardens and of course discussing fabric! They made darling centerpieces that were given away as gifts at the end of the event.

I did 7 sets of 3 for a total of 21 blocks. (there were 7 tables)

Add a little flower pot and some ribbon – didn’t the tables turn out cute??

I did these in mass production in about 2 hours! I used my cricut to cut out the vinyl lettering. I just picked out different fonts for each block.
